Services & Pricing
If you are unsure where to start, a Skin Consultation is the best first step. We will assess your skin, talk through your concerns and goals, and recommend the right treatment before you ever book a facial. Your $50 consultation fee is applied toward your first facial or a product you love.
Yes. All enhancements are included in your facial price. There are no add-ons, no extra fees, and no upsells. Enhancements are selected by your esthetician based on what your skin actually needs that day. What you see on the menu is what you pay.
Tipping is not part of the Repose experience. Every price you see is your complete price. If you would like to show appreciation, the most meaningful thing you can do is leave a review or refer someone you care about.
Yes. Memberships (Stabilize, Strengthen, and Transform) are available for clients who want consistent care with added perks. The Series offers multi-session packages at a discounted rate for clients committing to ongoing results. Both are outlined on the services page.
Yes. Retail products are available in studio. Your esthetician will only recommend what genuinely fits your skin and your routine, never for the sake of a sale.
Your First Visit
First-time clients will begin with a consultation before treatment starts and should plan for 10 to 15 minutes for this. Your esthetician will review your skin history, current concerns, medications, and goals before customizing your treatment. Nothing happens before we talk.
Come as you are, we will cleanse at the start of your treatment. If you wear makeup, no need to remove it beforehand. Please disclose any medications, recent procedures, or known skin sensitivities when you book, as some treatments may require adjustments based on that information.
Every appointment closes with a personalized home care conversation. Your esthetician will walk you through what was done, why, and what to do between visits to support your results. This is part of every service, not an upsell moment.
Repose is a private studio and appointments are reserved for the person receiving the service. Guests are not permitted in the treatment room during your appointment unless cleared directly with Taylor in advance. In conjunction, children cannot accompany you to your appointment unless another adult or guardian is present and able to supervise them in the lobby area outside of the studio room. Out of care for both you and your little ones, the treatment room is reserved solely for the person receiving the service. This is a safety consideration, as much as it is about making sure you can actually rest during your time here. If you have any special circumstances including emergencies or childcare needs, please reach out before your appointment so we can figure out the best path forward together.
Skincare, Explained
Corrective skincare is goal-oriented treatment focused on measurable change. It addresses specific concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, sensitivity, and signs of aging using professional techniques, advanced modalities, and clinical-grade products. The difference between corrective care and maintenance care is intention: corrective skincare is built around a plan, not a single appointment.
A spa facial is designed primarily for relaxation and is usually a set protocol regardless of who sits in the chair. A corrective facial is built around your specific skin, your concerns, and your goals. It changes based on what your skin needs that day. At Repose, every facial is fully customized. The treatment you receive at your first appointment may look different from your third, because your skin is progressing and the approach adjusts with it.
No. Corrective skincare is for anyone who wants their skin to function at its best. Some clients come in with active concerns like acne or pigmentation. Others come in for maintenance, aging prevention, or simply because they have never had a facial designed around their actual skin. Corrective skincare meets you where you are. It is not reserved for worst-case scenarios.
For most clients, once a month is the sweet spot. Skin cells turn over approximately every 28 days, so monthly facials align with your skin's natural cycle, reinforce your home care routine, and allow your esthetician to track progress over time. Clients addressing active concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation may benefit from more frequent visits early on, then spacing out as results stabilize.
It depends on the concern. Some clients notice an immediate difference in hydration and radiance after their first appointment. For more complex concerns like hyperpigmentation, acne, or barrier damage, meaningful change typically becomes visible after three to four consistent sessions. Skin takes time to respond, and the results that last are rarely the ones that happen overnight.
Because skin responds to repeated signals, not single events. One facial can improve your skin for a few weeks. A consistent series of facials, supported by the right home care, creates cumulative change that holds. Consistency is what separates a facial that feels good once from one that actually changes your skin over time.
It is one of the most overused words in the industry, so it is fair to be skeptical. At Repose, customized means your treatment is built from scratch at every appointment based on a skin assessment, not pulled from a preset menu. The enhancements, products, and techniques used during your facial are chosen specifically for what your skin needs that day. Two clients booking the same facial will not receive identical treatments.
In some cases, yes, and it is worth understanding why. Certain treatments, particularly those involving active exfoliation or extractions, can temporarily bring congestion to the surface or cause mild sensitivity. This is a normal part of the skin clearing process, not a sign something went wrong. Your esthetician will always explain what to expect after your treatment before you leave the room.
Not inherently. Corrective does not mean intense. It means intentional. Some corrective treatments are gentle by design, particularly for clients with sensitive or compromised barriers. The approach at Repose is to do what your skin can handle, not what sounds impressive. Progress made too aggressively tends to backfire.
Skin purging is a temporary increase in breakouts or congestion that can occur when active ingredients accelerate your skin's cell turnover. It is different from a breakout caused by a reaction. Purging tends to happen in areas where you already experience congestion, resolves within two to four weeks, and is a sign that the treatment is working. A reaction appears in new areas and does not resolve on its own. Your esthetician will help you distinguish between the two and adjust your treatment plan if needed.
What Makes Repose Different
Repose is a private, solo corrective skincare studio. There is one provider: Taylor. Every client is seen by the same person every time, which means your esthetician knows your skin's history, tracks your progress, and adjusts your treatment plan based on real continuity, not a chart handed off to whoever is available. A spa typically prioritizes the experience. A medspa typically prioritizes procedures. Repose prioritizes your skin.
Because skincare should not feel like a transaction. When enhancements are add-ons, the decision about what your skin needs becomes financial rather than clinical. At Repose, enhancements are chosen based entirely on what your skin needs that day, with no pressure and no surprises at checkout. What you see on the menu is what you pay.
Plastic-conscious care means actively working to reduce and ultimately eliminate plastic from the treatment environment. Research has linked certain plastics, particularly those containing BPA and phthalates, to endocrine disruption, meaning they can interfere with the body's hormonal systems. The connection is well-documented enough that many healthcare providers and researchers take it seriously. At Repose, we don't need to wait for a final verdict to make a more careful choice. Repose partners with Botnia because of a shared commitment to plastic-conscious professional skincare. This approach is also meaningful for clients navigating fertility challenges or oncology treatment, where minimizing chemical exposure is an additional layer of care worth taking seriously.

Products & Home Care
Yes, significantly. Professional treatments and home care work together. What you do between appointments either supports or works against the progress made in the treatment room. At every appointment, your esthetician will review what you are currently using, assess whether it is aligned with your skin goals, and give you honest feedback. This is part of every visit, not an upsell moment.
No. If you are not interested in purchasing products, that will always be respected without question. What will happen is a conversation about what you are currently using at home and whether it is supporting your skin goals or working against them. That information is yours regardless of whether you purchase anything.
Yes. Clients ages 12 and up are welcome to book any facial service. A parent or guardian must be present in the building for the full duration of the appointment.
